Every parcel is dispatched from our Varanasi outlet.
Charges
Free shipping on all prepaid orders within India. International rates on request.
Dispatch time
Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation. Custom or made-to-order pieces may take 5–7 days.
Delivery time
India: 3–6 working days. International: 7–14 working days after dispatch.
Tracking
Your tracking number is shared on the same WhatsApp chat used for the order. Delays caused by courier partners, weather or local restrictions are outside our control.
Customs & duties
International customs duties and taxes, where applicable, are payable by the customer.
