Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your saree. If something is not right, tell us within 7 days.
Window
Return or exchange requests are accepted within 7 days of delivery, raised on the same WhatsApp chat with an unboxing photo or video.
Condition
The saree must be unused, unwashed and unstitched, with original tags and packing intact.
Exchange
Exchanges for another piece of equal or higher value are free once we receive the returned parcel. Any price difference is payable by the customer.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of inspection.
Not covered
Natural handloom variations in colour, weave and zari finish, custom-stitched items and clearance pieces are not eligible for return.
